Google has created a Data Studio model Special Database called the Web Stories Insights Dashboard. It gives you an overview of how Google Web Stories works. Web Stories is a mobile story with a full-screen touch screen that is accessible through Google Search and Discover. Metrics can be found in the Web Stories Insights Dashboard. There are two main tables: Overview and Story Level. Some of the metrics you can see in this dashboard: Basic Special Database definitions: Story start, page views, time spent, and story completion rate (number of story completions shared at the beginning of the story). Audience metrics: Age , gender and Special Database material. Popular Stories: Top 10 stories you have during a selected period, ranked by Beginning of the Story. Traffic Channels: See how users found and read your story on the Internet - organic, live search Special Database (where Discover is available), referrals, social, email, or practice. Story -level display: A basic Special Database definition and page view division for a specific story. To run this model, you will need to set up a tracker for your. Website History in Google Analytics (or another analytics provider). For Special Database whichever publisher you use to create a website story, you will need to provide the UA Tracking ID. When you’re done, you can view the performance metrics by going to Behaviors> Actions> Views .
